The Madison

415 Sibley Street, Hammond, IN

The Madison is located at the corner of Sibley Street and Hohman Avenue. This mixed-use development will include a five-story apartment building with 64 market-rate units, and 13,500 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. The site will include an outdoor dog run and 64 on-site resident parking spaces. The development will bring much needed workforce housing, create jobs and offer retail amenities not currently found in the community.

This will be the first ground up development in the last 30 years in Downtown Hammond and will jump start the Downtown Hammond Revitalization.
